1. COPYRIGHT POLICY

Upon final payment and project completion, the client will own 100% copyright to the creative content developed for them. While The United Designs retains no ownership of the final delivery, we reserve the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is in place.

2. PAYMENT PROCEDURE

To initiate any digital or creative service, full payment is required in advance. Please note that the client is responsible for all applicable transaction fees, bank charges, and local taxes.

3. UNLIMITED REVISIONS POLICY

We are committed to your satisfaction. We offer unlimited modifications on work provided, provided the requests are submitted within 7 to 14 days of delivery. Our standard response time for revisions is 24-48 hours.

Revision Turnaround Timeline:

• 24-Hour Deadline: Revision delivered within 24 hours.
• 24-48 Hour Deadline: Revision delivered within 48 hours.
• Standard Orders: Revision turnaround is 72 hours.

4. REFUND STRATEGY & ELIGIBILITY

The United Designs offers a 100% refund policy under specific conditions. You are eligible for a full refund before work has commenced. Once the project is underway, a percentage-based refund may be issued if we fail to meet the agreed-upon brief through our revision cycle.

Refund requests are void if:

• A custom or special discounted package was chosen.
• The client has already approved multiple sets of revisions.
• The client has been unresponsive for more than 2 weeks.
• The business is closing or changing its name.
